Troubadours, peasants, noblemen, damsels, knights, witches, warlocks and jesters alike – It’s almost time for this year’s Family Fair – A Medieval Delight!

This year, Michael Oak will be transformed into a medieval fairground with music, good food, magic and delight. The much-loved annual Michael Oak Family Fair brings families together for playful activities, in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Throw on your best garments, put a feather in your cap and join the fun in your finest medieval attire! Expect a lively mix of games and activities for children of all ages, puppet shows, plenty of delicious eats, and an artisan market featuring organic produce, plants, flowers, and exquisite handmade crafts for sale.

Don’t miss Cape Town’s own high-energy brass-fueled groove machine: the Nomadic Orchestra (at 2pm), part of our exciting entertainment line up. It’s a wonderful day out for families, friends, and anyone who loves creativity, community, and celebrating life.
